A one-year seam guarantee
If a seam gives way within a year of normal wear, we repair it or replace the piece. No receipt hunting, no argument.
30 days to change your mind
Unworn pieces with tags on can come back within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is on us for exchanges.
Honest pricing, always
One fair price all year. We would rather price properly from the start than mark up in September to discount in October.
Packed carefully, shipped plastic-free
Everything travels in recycled paper packaging, folded by hand, with a spare button and thread on shirts.
Answered within one working day
Write to us and a person replies - usually the same day, never later than the next working one.
Made by people we know
We work with a small number of workshops, visit them, and pay the invoice on time. Small things, but they add up.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. That is the whole process. Send a photo and your order number and we will sort it - repair, replacement or refund, whichever you would prefer. We do not ask you to post a faulty item back before we act on it, and we do not make you speak to three different people to get an answer.
We would rather lose the value of one garment than lose a family who has been shopping with us for years.
